Disappointed in RL Adjustments to Black Label Suit

I used the private sale discounts to purchase a black label suit for an upcoming event. The jacket and pants both required supposedly minor alterations in several places--the RL store (Chicago) did them in house, then shipped the suit to me.

When I received the suit, I was very disappointed in the alterations. Rather than correcting the minor problems, it seems to have made them worse.

Any advice on how to proceed? Thank you.

That's too bad. Unfortunately these things happen, more often during hectic sales periods when in-house tailors are overwhelmed with work. Call the store immediately and speak with the men's manager. If he's unavailable leave a message and speak with the sales associate that helped you. If necessary, make it clear that you are very tempted to just mail the suit back and ask for a refund of the price you paid for the garment and alterations (within your rights).
