No. I just checked and I can't use those, either. I'm using Opera at the moment. I'll check it on IE.

Okay, on IE they're not fully visible, but I can click on the emoticons and the post icons that I can't access at all on Opera. On IE I have to scroll horizontally and they are still not fully visible but are clickable.

What screen resolution are you using?

On Opera the post icons are (mostly) in the box and usable, the smilies are not.

My resolution is 1074 x 768.
