Victory or Valhalla!!

Johnny5..thanks man! They're progressively getting softer and more comfortable while wearing throughout the day. Yesterday and this morning I felt my ankles were going to burn off.

RW only look good in pictures. In the store, they're too clunky for my taste. Which is how I think that 1911 boot would look once I actually see/try on a pair.

As for those top three boots in the original post, they look like what you'd wear when you're over at Cousin Earl's house helping him clean out his septic tank.

Which is not my look or demographic at all.

There's 2 ways I know of to do straight lacing....this method works well on the GTs since you don't see any criss crossing.......start at the bottom and lace straight across, then instead of crossing to other side, put one side straight up to the hole above and then across, and do same for the opposite side (which will end up going to 2nd hole above it), repeat.

I received my 1911s from Cultizm and while on the site it has the RW insignia on the ankle, the pair I received seem to lack it. So unless mine are just weird, there is no reason to go with buying from zappos over cultizm.
