If I'm just going to wear a t in the summer it's usually Ruca. I love the Guest Artist line and the fits are great. I have two t's that are 4 years old and seen a lot of abuse and still holding up well.

I just picked up a basic tee with a red logo. I've always liked them. Sort of like Quicksilver but with that "we are still indie surf" feel.

BTW, I like Quiksilver too. Yeah, I said it.

I used to wear pretty much all quicksilver and would still wear some pants from time to time. Its fine for some things, but their fabrics generally suck and the fits are pretty baggy. I have never owned anything from the "silver" line though.

I agree that the fit isn't great, fabrics are nopthing to write home about. Just more of the same as volcom, quik, etc.

The only impressive brand I see in this arena is modern amusement.

I pretty much agree. I am completely out of it now though I don't really regret being a QA whore. I have tees I think a button up from their Silver line. Definitely a noticeable improvement.

Not sure about their denim but their tees are sweet. They have a lot of cool non-gaudy designs.

I like a lot of their tees, as long as you stay away from the overly branded ones with a huge "RVCA" logo on it.

Yeah, I like the tees as well. I bought a hoodie once, and the inside lining ripped in the first wash. Only their t's are good it seems

At SDSU they're more ubiquitous than blonde hair and muffin-tops, but I can't help admitting that some of the artists they hire really have talent. I admire a lot of their designs but wouldn't ever wear it as the style doesn't fit into my own aesthetic.
