I saw these at NM and I figured they were some obscure brand already discussed here. But I wasnt sure if they were Butti or Botti? Are they Butti for sure? They are hand written insoles, italian style

Rossignol just announced a joint venture with Corthay, to manufacture ski poles to be sold as a package with Corthay shoes?

I like the Volnay a lot but I think a smaller in length cap might look even better.
Agreed, and Grenson does this too. Not sure why.

But the salesman made a point of bragging/informing anyone in earshot that BG had an exclusive arrangement with Pierre Corthay in the US.
Does that mean that Wilkes got cut out, or the salesman is lying?

Not much to like about those ones in my mind. What is the deal with the small, oddly decorative punchings?

I like these, although I prefer round punch holes to the oblong shape these have. The light colored extended welt is interesting, something you don't see on most Lobbs.

I think they are cool, I'd probably sport them if it were cold where I live.

They are definitely the best of the three. A few years ago at Lattanzi in Rome I saw a customer having a fitting on a similar boot except it was nearly knee length and cordovan on the outside.
