I always think about going back to that exercise lifestyle, but 2 or 3 hours a day of excercise is a little too much with a full time job and night school. But it was fun while I was doing it.

I hear you. This responsible adulthood stuff is bullshit.

True, but not being able to exercise as much combined with a slower metabolism let's you indulge in all sorts of good stuff like frozen yoghurt instead of ice cream, baked chicken instead of deep fried, carrot sticks instead of potato chips, and less and less pizza, so it's all good.

Women are generally turned off by the dehydrated skin and general ropiness of the muscles, not the huge walls that body builders turn themselves into. I think that most women would love a man who looked like those guys in the 1960's body building contest.

Swimmers, like real swimmers take in huge caloric counts every day, but if you aren't going to be working out in a pool you don't need to. The reason swimmers need to eat so much is that the water is dense and relative to your body cold, heat gets sucked right out of them and their bodies compensate.

Really? I think most women consider Brad Pitt in Fight Club (from the neck down) or a Men's Health cover modelto be closer to the ideal , rather than the guys from that picture, who are a little cartoonish in the upper body. That's just been my experience.

Something to keep in mind, based on my experience.

Every girl I've talked to loves "the line". That toned line guys get around their pubic area, I have no idea what it is called. Let's just say I'm lucky to have one.
