Are they going to be really baggy on a slim guy like their shirts?

i was given a BB cashmere v-neck sweater last year. it was decent quality, arms were a *tad* bit long, but overall fit was comfortable, not too tight nor too baggy. definitely a good layer item.

I have found BB sweaters to be almost hilariously oversized. a good layer item if you wear 3 or 4 shirts underneath.

So would a 40/42 be a S or M?

well, of course. 36R is supposed to be smaller than most "smalls", especially if you want a fitted look.

Does anyone know how a boys size large would fit? I've tried an XL, and it was still too big on me. I have a size large sweater vest that fits me perfectly, but I'm wondering if the arms are going to be really short...

I actually wear the boys size L sweaters. They fit me (36R) pretty well. The only annoying thing is that some BB things in the larger boys sizes are for "husky" boys and those things fit terribly.

Do you have any experience with their boys jackets and trousers? I'm assuming those would need to be tailored quite a bit?
