Have you guys seen this site? Van Heusen, Arrow, and Donald J Trump shirts. Shoes consist of KCs and looks like Mervyns or DSW brands (state street, sketchers, etc)

he looks like a child trying on daddy's suit.

and notice all the chicks who said "how snazzy!" or whatever. this is the current state of fashion gentlemen. You show up with something other than a black suit and you are already ahead of the game. You could say it sucks, or you could say it just makes it easier to look good.

You are exactly right. Working at a university (public or private... I've worked at both and it's always just as bad), during rush week and such one can see any 500 like dressed (or worse) young guys around campus. The saddest thing is that all of them dressed like this (or worse) nevertheless think they look outstanding just because they are wearing a suit. My favorite ones are the guys who wear a black suit with a black shirt and SHINY cream/white tie (or shiny electric blue!) with the ubiquitous square-toe monstronsity on their feet. From their strut, one can tell how they think they look.

I'd like to say it's just because they're young, but then on parents weekend, their fathers show up and are just as badly dressed (albeit more conservatively). So, I think that they'll just grow out of black shirts and shiny ties into boring shirts and suits that don't fit. Kevin, it would appear, has passed his black shirt/shiny tie phase and moved straight into boring insurance salesman who found an HSM suit at Goodwill two sizes too big.

Give them a little credit; one out of every three comments told him to go have the suit tailored... and you have this...

you should add funny accesories like a pink pocket protecter, haha
