I agree with the spirit of this comment - but for track purposes, the benefits of the F1 style paddle shifting systems are obvious. However, it will be interesting to see over the next several years how many road cars equipped with the first generation or two of this technology self destruct. Personally, I don't think I'd ever want an every day driver without a clutch under my left foot. Lately I find my Ferrari jones circling back to a 512 TR in an unusual color - like so:

Me too - I want a 512TR badly. I also would like a 993 - I have some sort of yen for the 1990s.)
I love the 512 TR, what a classic. My fav combo is white over beige leather.
