Just surfing yoox and this looked like something Daiki would design. If it's not theirs, it at least shows how compatible EG and Woolrich might be.

As far as I know, the Woolrich collection will not be marketed in the US until Fall/Winter 08. I'm right in line to carry the collection when it hits.

Howdy,

Thought I'd give you all an update. I spoke with Anthony this morning and the Bedfords are at the laundry and will come out soon. I have not processed any forward order charges as of yet but will do so probably next week. I also have asked for early delivery on the Bedfords for I know despite the unseasonal weather for these, you all are chewing at the bit for them. I have been told that I will get first dibs on all overstock including smalls. Could I have a show of hands for smalls, for I have not taken note of who would want one. I want to be able to fill everybodies request.
As promised, I will take photos this weekend of the experience of the buy at EG and post them for all to see.
Hope your all having a great summer!

According to the Silver & Gold website (http://sg-information.seesaa.net/cat...1649779-1.html) the pants are "Taper Fit Jeans", which I guess would accurately describe the fit. Don't know which US retailers will have them, although I don't doubt that they were picked up in the US by someone.

Hey Guys,
I've read the previous postings on sizing the Bedfords and I still feel somewhat unsure about sizing... Can someone who owns the coat confirm if a medium will fit a 38" chest. I'm 5'8" and usually require 25" sleeves and 17" shoulders. I wear true 34" in pants. By fit, I mean, I'd like to have an undershirt on and a long sleeve underneath the Beford. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, a medium should be fine for you. I am as big as you are through the chest, but generally slimmer through the torso, and the bedfords (and EG jackets in general) in medium are usually nice and snug through the chest and shoulders, but roomier through the torso.
