Could a suit be more wrong than this one?

Is that a banana in his pocket or is he very happy to see Scott?

The shirt collar is sooooo wrong. I like slim close but he looks like a 5 pound sausage in a 3 pound casing. Is that mooseknuckle he's sporting??? The pants, both in tightness and shortness, are just marsupialed and I like slim pants.

Once on 5th Ave. Full suit, short pants, loafers. Looked like a fashion poseur trying so, so hard to be cool. The fact that it was barely 60 degrees just made it that much worse.

When you try as hard as these two guys obviously have, there is no elegance, ease or nonchalance. There is a lot of "LOOK AT ME!!!!!"

The man has clearly fallen in love with his own press clippings. The Milanese barbers are like stills from a Fellini wannabe. Next please.

Here are some of the outlandish comments:

That glenn plaid linen is just amazing!

I can't think of a word to properly describe how great he looks so I'll just go with WOW!

Brilliant Scott! Defiantly one of my favorite shots....

I don't think the Sartorialist blog is that bad. I definitely look at it once in a while. At least he promotes people who care about their appearance, even if we might not always appreciate the style. In any case, I think you guys are being too hard on him (people must know him personally, because I haven't detected any attitude from the site). He's shot quite a bit of Italian fashion that looked pretty good (remember, he has to work with what's out on the streets). And the women are often very attractive.

I concur. I had an alteration go bad and tight pants or too low a rise can be really uncomfortable.
