This is also an important lesson in what ties look like when you cram them all into the one drawer.

I'm not seeing much to love, to be honest. And let's face it, all the best examples are the least red.

Anyway, here is my contribution:

The picture is terrible; I tried several times, and this was the best my crummy little camera could do. The only one I really wear with any regularity is the first one, a Nicky woven. The second is a Drake 40 ounce twill print. Great silk, but still. The third is from Carrol & Co., bought in my younger days. The pic does not accurately show the pattern, which is just a simple blue dot. I can't remember the last time I wore it. The last is from Paul Stuart. Servicable, but it still gets scant wear.

This is a nice tie, but it is not "Wed!"

Let's see, the herringbone red and white stripe is from Four in Hand, the red and blue stripe is a NWT thrifted Zegna, and most of the others are cheapish department store ties, except for the paisley, for which I paid far too much.

Here's a thrifted Kenzo (which is mostly gray, now that I look at it):

I think the trouble with coordinating predominantly red ties is that they often come off as cartoonish, especially when they're a bright rather than a dark red.

D*** you, Manton. Burgundy is about as close as I'll get to a red tie. Here's my favorite wed tie:
