I just got the hutch and fultons on sale from scoops. Unfortunately I was not aware that the honeycombing would sit on the back of my calves as opposed to the back of my knee. I usually wear sewns at a 34 because the 33s are way too tight on me. Now I have to sell them.

Buyers beware.

Hehe. Been there. Gave the pants away to someone here on the forum.

In my case (standing only 5'3") the honeycombing hit close to my ankles. A little shorter and I might have been able to hem it under.

how tall are you? i'm 6'1", though, and usually get a 33 or 34 inseam and stack it a little.

my hutch and fulton showed up today, and they looked fine on a cursory inspection. the "rips" hit me right on the knee (i say "rips", because they're patched on the inside).

I'm about 5'10"ish. The rips are about 2.5" below my knee. Oh well if they fit me right it would have been a big score but they don't

. My nudie bootcut olas are a 34 and fit me nicely with a little stacking.

Just got home from a trip and mine were waiting. I'm a little shorter than 5'10" and I too have knee rips around my shins. Oh well, for 50 bucks I rolled the dice. They'll be up on B&S later

Question.....has anyone ever used AMEX "return protection" policy? I think I might try it. I'll get 35 / 50 back w/ no hassle...basically just out the shipping. I figure if anyone on the forum really wanted these, they would have bought them from scoop.

This is what i don't understand about ES: if you are going to do pre-faded, distressed styles, why in god's name would you have such limited inseams in your line? Standardized inseams are fine on raw, because you just hem it where you want it and fade on from there, but with this distressed washes its idiotic.

yeah, that probably makes sense, when you think about it.

but, at 6'1", doing it with these long inseams is great for me! it guarantees a large supply of well fitting distressed jeans that will later be available for sale.
