Yeah, the 13MWZ is the one with the slight bootcut, nothing slight about the bootcut on the 936.

I really fail to see why anyone would prefer wranglers to 501s.

The rise on the wranglers in much taller (I actually like that though).

The color is terrible, the seams look henious etc etc etc.

They remind me of those elastic waist quasi denim pants that overwieght people and the elderly wear.

I don't see why you need to hate them so much. The fit is nice and the backpockets are neat too. Sure the color is off but its nothing to put on. As far as henious seams go, I don't see how putting a line of contrast stiching on the outside makes it bad. Definatly worth my $20.

those look nice on you. Any closeups of the denim fading? I tried on mine yesterday, wasn´t that bad...

Fit is very slim in the seat and tighs, denim is nice, heavy broken twill. Construction is solid all in all. I have´t any problem with the rise really, but kind of wish I´d sized up a size to get more room for movement. maybe theyll stretch more though. They where really tight in the waist when I got them.
The denim colour is rather weird, but interesting. I prefer darker denim though.

hehe, I think we all can agree that isn´t one of my best looks. But I figured I could take one for the team, showing the 936s.

Both pics of the wranglers look pretty cool. For $20, I don't see how you could go wrong. Especially if you just want a pair of beater jeans. These might develop as big of a following as 514 rigid scraped!

These things are pretty thick...and after 3 months of everyday wear I can barely see any fades.

Ruben you must be confusing the 935 slim bootcut with the 936 slim cowboy cut. I actually like the prewash overdyed black.

Time for me to get a cheap pair of raw denim! You haven't washed them, yet? They looked really blue to start out with, but they gradually turn less light blue?

Yeah, perhaps, but I had a pair clearly marked 'cowoby cut' that had a real big flare at the ankle.

Still, I'm really not a fan of the color (though I like how it fades less, the blue is just too blue for my tastes), denim or pockets.

Having said that the posted pictures above do all look nice.
To each his own.
I just prefer levis for my cheap work denim.

I could be partial to Levi's though, who knows.
