Generally, they wear dirty **** that someone else paid money for to achieve that look before mailing to them for free.

Definitely not the ted bakers... I remember seeing carpe diem lace ups at Atelier in NY but I've never seen this style, any idea where I could find them?

I kinda don't know what the hell I'm talking about...but...I tried on a pair of Adam Derrick To Boot's that looked somewhat similar in shape, but in brown, at Nordstroms last week. I think it was the "Hugh" model...didn't think they were worth the $395, but they looked kind of nice.

parachutes, those are probably the closest I've seen. Too bad they don't have a top view, hard to tell about the toe. I'll have to try them when I'm in NY in a few weeks. Don't much like the 'Hugh', the toe is too square and not terribly comfortable...

Didn't mind the toe, but noticed the comfort factor. I thought it was a sock related problem....
