How does that work for you? Do you have to get all your shoes custom made?

Fortunately, it's usually not a problem. Since my shorter foot is wider, most of the time 10D fits fine on both feet. It's basically the same thing Sator did with the "forum special" RMW boot -- size up in length and down in width. I've been told that if you go to Nordstrom and pay full retail for AE's, they'll let you get two different sizes. I haven't tried that yet though.
