What is more versatile for business casual without a jacket & tie: roman numerals or markers?

Does a leather strap with casual wear: Jeans t-shirt etc. work?

I can see markers would be more versatile. But personally I prefer the Roman. Depends on the material strap. If its like a croc/gator/lizard, it might be too dressy. But something like a regular brown leather strap would do. Once again, personally I would wear either strap. I really don't think any watch is too dressy, its a pretty broad term. Most people think non digital watches are dressy anyway. ymmv tho.

I think a mid- dark brown calf or gator would look nice with that. Just my opinion, though.

Why does Grenen exist when we already have Skagen?
