Maybe he assumed that no one would be looking at him that closely? In any event, the latest photos seem to confirm that it is indeed the same type of suit, if not the exact same garment. I couldn't see a difference between the suit from today's photos vs. the earlier ones. Even the shirt-tie combination remains light blue-red each day.

Maybe he changes is underwear as often as his suits - once a week

You can be rest assured this is deliberately done to mold his public image; all a part of his grooming and public conditioning to accept him as future king of the UK. He cannot be seen as a lavish playboy-type or extravagant, but rather modest and true and blah blah blah. Wills was never seen to be the lavish playboy type by the public. He's always been the nice sensible son. So there really is no need for the same suit. But who cares about Wills, Kate is delicious!
