I didn't see any boots in C&J stores in Paris. Chukkas only were on the shelves.

I don't know if it is still the case but, yes, C&J Paris used to stock a balmoral boot on the 337 last called the Avebury. Regrettably, it was not available via the English market or via the C&J catalogue, which seemed rather silly to me.

WS Foster and sons (as indicated by a poster above) also stocks a C&J-made bal boot under their own name. I assume that it is the same as the French-market Avebury boot.

not sure but it also says 337 last on Foster and Son's website. Would prefer if they made it on 358 last, oh well...

Anyone have any photos of the EG Shannon II in black? Basically the ones that Manton has in the first post, but with the brogueing wrapping around the whole shoe. Thanks in advance!
