I'd just find a local micro-distiller in your area and go with that really. Gins are very individual in a lot of ways.

definitely not. He usually just drinks whatever the bar has.

Came in hear to recommend this. Not expensive, but excellent, although it might be a little difficult to get hold of outside the UK.

You probably want something soon, but in a few months you should be able to buy gin from the New York Distilling Company which should be pretty good stuff, and they should be selling some pretty unusual styles.
