Heh. Not gonna happen. Although, they might still be offering their buy one get one half price sale? M.A.+ was excluded, but it might qualify for your regular priced item...then get Marsell, Premiata, 123&124, or something else for half price?

They really do. They're great looking for the price.

It's either cow, calf or vachetta- looks like vachetta to me. There was a camel version too (rare)

Heres what Im rocking recently I love these, but they're taking forever to break in. Heavy reverse calf. These are my snowboots.

I don't like these, uncomfortable and fragile, but the mismatched scarred leather is awesome. Gonna sell and get some Augusta or Avantindietro derbies, something fun to break in.

My favorite boots, I mainly wear these travelling because they're light, durable, really soft leather, sheepskin. Really durable. I've broken two sets of laces and gone through two resolings, the uppers are still good. Have been worn backpacking through Vietnam, India, Thailand, etc. for weeks on end. I don't like the creasing at the toe, but not really an option with sheepskin boots

the previously mentioned marsells, leather is awesome. Dirty from walking through mud, need to clean. Perfect boots, other than the toe-shape I don't like. I wear these through the snow in the winter to work.

worn less than 10 times

heres what a worn pair will look like. They're reversed waxed horse, as the wax finish wears off it will reveal a suede-like surface

Those drip-sole and soleless CCPs just look awfully uncomfortable to walk around in

Yeah that's what I had thought too, but SZers say it actually is pretty comfortable in a springy way. Might be cognitive dissonance though no idea. That's pretty tragic those CCP derbies are fragile. I would have never thought that. They look really sturdy/thick/beefy. My ccp sidezips are pretty comfortable and seem durable leather wise as they seem like they've been used awhile before coming to me. Perhaps fragile in the sense that kunks were fragile i.e. a zipper has been replaced though.
