Pretty sure Doran Martell is not fat, just has really bad gout.

Maybe. But Daenerys is not Satannis and the marriage might be needed to save the realm and unify it against the north beyond the wall.

Anyway, it's fun to speculate.

Definitely. But in my mind, the temptation of Jon becoming a Stark and Lord of Winterfell would be far more enticing for him than marrying some random broad. Plus I think GRRM might shy away from having two of his main characters and "heroes" engage in incest.

I think it would be interestingly circular though, since the series basically started with Jaime and Cersei's incest.

Yeah but there's also the fact that in the book, pretty much only bad things have come from incest.

Jon is Lyanna and Rhaegar's son. Lyanna died in childbirth to him. I'm not sure if Lyanna was really brutally raped (as alleged by Robert) or whether she willingly (at some point) had sex with Rhaegar.

Stannis isn't Azor Ahai. I'm thinking this might be Jon since he will be the light that turns back the dark in the North.

Jon and Daenys will both not live to the end of the series, one or both will die.

The Kingdom will be re-united into one kingdom under one king. I kind of want to say Jon but I wouldn't be surprised to find out he gives his life to protect the kingdoms south of the north.

Bran will be one of the three heads of the Dragon.

Arya isn't blind, this is a temporary state.

A major theme of this book is plans go awry, I'd keep that in mind. (I am).

Also, anyone who wants to get in, I'm thinking this prick might die and leave the series unfinished, so a death pool would be in order.

Dany is azor ahai. Tyrion is going to be a head of the dragon. Sansa story in the vale should be very interesting.

This was pretty clear.

The speculated relationship between Lyanna and Rhaegar was likely consensual as seen by their actions toward one another at the Tournament of Harrenhal (I believe that's the correct one).

Okay, I know this is really reaching but....

I was thinking it's odd that two eunuchs are in the story and then noticed Varys disappeared before Belwas appeared. Also, Belwas appeared with his "squire" Arstan Whitebeard, really none other than Barristan Selmy.

Belwas = Varys?

Foreshadowed by Tyrion's saddle letting him ride?

Edit: this thread is making me realize how little I remember. Arya is blind?? John is Rhaegar's son? Need to brush up before the next book comes out...

Arya was blinded at the temple due to killing someone.

Such a reach. Varys does not disappear before Belwas appears, I'm 99.9% sure of this. Also, the physical descriptions don't match, especially Belwas' scars. Interesting theory, but I'm confident in saying there's nothing there.

Belwas is a servant of Illyrio Mopatis. Selmy went to Mopatis because he knew that the Magister had given room and board etc to the Targaryens and was invested in Dany's future success.

So danys got several people coming to pay her a visit. Tyrion, victarion, quentyn, and the maester from the citadel in oldtown. Who lives who dies?

This is correct. I'm just working through book 3 at the moment. Belwas and Arstan show up concurrent with the Varys storylines. He's very much at play here while Belwas is sailing on the sea with Danerys.
