i like those wjk sneakers , and backzips generally.. no more shoehorns needed - the ultimate solution to high insteps!

It's a joke. I only wear white sneakers and barely tolerate black ones (the same applies to other areas, if you CEknow what I mean :p). I recently purchased three pair of white low tops, two of which I already owned and one that is a variation of a number of sneakers I already own so you know I'm all about them white sneakers.

lol is the north african sand to blame again for this redundancy ? Every time I'm tempted to get some colored ones I end up with black or white purchase

One wonders about the conspicuous branding at the heel.... To what purpose is wjk announcing itself on the exterior of every piece of footwear it produces? To whom exactly are they seeking to appeal, those that appreciate the subtle styling behind gray ringer tees or bourgeois-types that would use their clothing to reinforce their economic status and to fatuously announce to their social circle, "HELLO, I CAN AFFORD THIS PIECE OF EXPENSIVE CLOTHING THAT YOU KNOW IS EXPENSIVE BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE THE BRAND RIGHT THERE AND YOU KNOW THAT BRAND IS AN EXPENSIVE BRAND." Perhaps the corporate interests behind wjk are becoming increasingly impatient with the disappointing sales figures, and taking on an increased interest in specific, individual design elements? One wonders if this is perhaps the beginning of the end.

I've accumulated a bit over the last two months (most recent purchases being the Geller and the CP suede shoes with rubber sole) so here's a group shot:
Q1GiP.jpg
I had the CP shoes on my list since drop and after all of BrizaBirch's WAYWT posts and his positive experience with them, I was sold. I rolled the dice waiting to see if they would make it to sale or trying to find somewhat of a discount and I got lucky with the last retailer I could find stocking them in my size. The Geller Professor Cardigan is off the chain, and this runway pic is what had me looking for it in the first place, but I'm almost positive I'll be returning it since I'm not 100% sold on it for my own wardrobe style. The detailing is really really good on it though (similar dilemma that I had with the Schneider Author Cardigan last year).
