See, I respect the guy (he makes some really beautiful clothing and he obviously knows what he's doing), but he makes some pretty bold claims on his website. Like, I'm not sure what he even means when he says that he pioneered the use of "holes". Nice clothes, though, and I respect that he puts in such a huge effort to make ecologically responsible clothing.

Speaking of Vivienne Westwood, where you can get her menswear stuff in North America (aside from the LA store)? Do Barney's or Bergdorf carry it?

"I INVENTED THE PIANO KEY NECKTIE. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?"

When I was in LA, it was at Maxfield and Traffic, and it was at Riccardi's in Boston. There is no outlet in Moscow, ID.

Yeah; if your design career only took off after Flashdance I don't know if you can credit yourself with 'holes'. Maybe he's going for a snarky Mr. Hare type tone (e.g. where he talks about people wrongly crediting the Great Wall of China) and the copywriter is ******* it up? Maybe he did figure out a new hole that no one had ever seen before, but decided not to explain it for reasons beyond our comprehension. Maybe he's lying! The site design is pretty suspect in general though.
