It is a beautiful Friday in New Orleans. We had some nasty weather roll through yesterday (an EF3 tornado about 15 miles from my house, very rare intensity for Louisiana) and it cleared out the humidity.

So, I decided to have some fun today. Yeah, I know the fit on the SC is not perfect, but it is unlined linen, and the rumples seem to work.

Have a good one!

(consider my post count/fits, might not know what i'm talking about). sticking to my ''no comments w/o posting fit'' rule..travel day...casual. If BP-LI ferry sinks today you won't have to worry about my posts anymore. Enjoy your weekend.

I think I have seen Crusty wear a tie with the same pattern as that rug!

These pictures give me the opportunity to ask about divots (as I think they are called here on SF) on the right arm below the shoulder. What causes that? I thought I had a good fit on my coat then noticed that, and it is really pissing me off. Can a tailor fix it or is it a bad fit that needs to be scrapped? If it can be fixed, what kind of cost are we talking? Thanks,

Mid brown - mid blue. I like the combination, maybe simple ribbed socks in between. Laces are a bit "ropy".

nothing wrong with it. it hurts my eyes and this is my "problem", though.

the fascination for old man socks is amazing. it's one reason, i don't visit the conservative business dress thread anymore.
