Thanks for the translation.

Never liked double monk strap until now, they're tastefully done. How's the fit?

The first few tries it was tight across the top of my foot and instep but the leather stretched abit and its comfortably snug now! These are my first G&G's and high-end pair so I can't quite compare to other brands. The only other ones I have currently are J&M's, Bruno Magli's, and Moreschi's. It's a big jump for me

Very nice shoes gents. Does anyone know if there will be a G&G trunk show in the US any time this year? I'm very interested in getting a pair, but I'm a little nervous about spending $1k for shoes without at least trying them on. Any ideas?

Looks great, I've got my eye on that model as well.

Did you get the toe plates installed yourself after you got the shoes, or did they come that way from Nick?

Leffot carries stock on a few models, best to call before making a trip.

Nick, at Bespoke England, will give you good advice on sizing and will accept returns. I had him send me two different size shoes in order to choose the correct size. The downside is the cost of the return shipping.

I asked Nick to put in the steel toe plates for extra cost - It's great as they made it flushed to the sole! You could also substitute for brass nails

Also, can't forget the members here specially luk-cha (Gavin) as he directed me to a local-to-me shop that carries similar brands
