i say go, have a blast and enjoy the wedding - and not worry too much about your clothed.

Looking around for the sarcasm icon*

- no sarcasm, just thinking something with classic lines is more befitting
- nothing wrong with larger watches provided the wearer is wearing it well & not the other way around

Yes it's tweed. I don't let the seasons dictate my clothing, I wear wool ties year-round. I'm that balla.

But I got this jacket recently and wanted to give it one wear before Fall. It's not that hot though, only got to be too much when the sun was blazing down.

Awesome. The Alden SF store has the same ltd. edition shoes with their "Alden Shop SF" logo inside. I have the browns, thinking about the blues too.. ugh.

The wedding was in suburban Northern California, so I was easily the best dressed there (not to sound arrogant, it's just that there were more than a few guys in jeans). In fact, my buddy that was one of the groomsmen got his tux rented from Mens Warehouse and the pants fit so bad (he wears a 36-38" waist, and they gave him a 48" pair and told him "oh, that's the way pleats fit") that he bought a pair of black Dockers to wear with the tux jacket. So this wasn't exactly a sartorial affair.

Navy Blazer. American Eagle Shirt. Favorite Silk Tie. Burgundy Levi 511's. Bally. First time wearing the Skagen. It feels good to have a real watch.

A couple of fit pics from the past week:

Only took one jacket with me, and it was linen, hence the heavy sleeve wrinkling.

Thanks, I did. It's been quite a while since I was last there, so I did the full-on touristy thing again. Realised how unfit I was after all the walking around... Lots of fun, though!
