Hey,

I wore one of my Brook Brothers shirt to a house party last night, and someone pointed out they think my right sleeve was slightly longer. When I returned home and measured it, she was right (insanely good eye, she cuts denim)... it was a quarter inch longer.

I measured my other BB shirt and its also a quarter inch longer on the right sleeve. Both are Gingham fabrics.

Is this common or a manufacture defect I got? They are a few months old, so I can't return or exchange them.

While I can't comment on the length issues without pictures, I will say this:

You can -always- return BB items.

Based on my experience in the apparel industry, companies allow a significant range of variance to reach the retail level. (How BB customers outside of SF are going to notice a shirt sleeve off be .25"?) The more expensive the garment, the less variance allowed, I'd imagine.

I have had this issue with BB as well. They will take them back no questions asked.
