^ I tend to agree. I know that historically cuffs (or turn ups) were less formal, but for me, personally, I think uncuffed pants look unfinished.

Ah, I see. That's pretty cool. 20 oz sounds ridiculously heavy!

Cuffs stop the leg and I love a clean line....

I prefer a sleeker and cleaner look...

Look at classic looks , sans cufff was and still is very common...

Cuffs on everything is crazy....

Cuffs are making the all look busier ...

well, there's hell's own amount of retouching on these photos. that probably accounts for it.

Sure if you want to look from a purely proportionate point of view, no cuffs is cleaner. But then so is no break, and a whole bunch of other options which take away from texture, drape and the actual in-person niceness of clothing.

you may as well just wear polyester if you're only interested in clean lines IMO.

For flannel , I cuff not for worsted but at the end it is my taste..

Lasbar, I am quite positive I would love your wardrobe after reading your many references about it. Wish you would at least post pics of some stuff on the hanger (at the very least - your stuff from cifonelli).
