That would like fine.

What's the SF consensus on wearing a tie with a button down dress shirt, oxford cotton or otherwise? More specifically, in The U.S., Spain and Italy. I already know the answer for the U.K.

I always thought it was an American thing and quite common in the US.

Borrelli is made by Sutor, Peluso, or Santoni. The nail pattern doesn't look like Sutor. At that MSPR they're unlikely to be Peluso. If they're Santoni, quality should be Santoni FAM or higher. Try to ask in this thread, there are couple of other members that are more knowledgeable than me in Italian shoes.

Again, can't compare English and Italian shoes, since constructions and priorities in shoemaking are totally different, each has its own pros and cons.

UK = no
US = always acceptable in all levels and occasions
Italy = only for spezz
Spain = no clue

Thanks. I didn't think they were made by Sutor. IIRC Peluso for Borrelli is cheaper right? Relatively speaking.

Hey! Managers gotta dress, too! Yes, the SC was a given for me though I didn't state it in my original question.

Much that is quite common in the U.S. is frowned upon within the confines of this forum.

Italian spezz...are the collar points left unbuttoned while wearing the tie? Thanks for all the replies.

Thinking of getting this SC. Wondering what color of trousers would go with it besides dark grey. How would cream trousers look ?

I would do navy/blue. Then again I've been partial to navy trousers lately

Anyone have a clue as to what brand these boots might be? I can't find a thing on them.
