Comfortable, long lasting and also hold their shape unlike other athletic socks that eventually stretch out and get thin over time. I've tried Nike, Asics, Adidas, Gold Toe, etc etc and they all suck.

Under armour. I have about 12 pairs that are still going strong after a year of wearing everyday and drying in the dryer. Love them.

I swear by Under Armour stuff. They are pricier and usually don't go on sale, but great quality.
I have compression shirts and shorts that I wear to the gym. Each garment is washed once a week and worn 4 times a month. (I have 5 sets, one set per day). After 2 years of constant wears, they are still great with no signs of wearing out.
