The cut of that suit looks quite different from your others - was it a different tailor?

Like the shirt.

No, it's another Solito, depicted several other times in this thread.

Sleeker shoes improve your look tenfold, Luftvier! Great pair there. I'm sure you know how we all feel about your gunboats by now though.

Those shoes look fine, but they don't appear to have a particularly sleek last.

I think your Solito DB look a little bit more waisted than the SB. Could just be the pictures. Do you have a "favorite" suit, Manton? If so what makes it your favorite?

+1 - yup, looks the same to me.

Your Solito suits look so much different from mine. Not even the same general genre of style.

AEs aren't known for their sleekness. Though compared to my usual longwings...

The DB was originally made with a great deal of room in the waist. They took it in when I brought it to Naples. To my eye, and from the way it feels, I don't think it's any different than the others. Actually, if any of them are different, it's the one I wore yesterday, which is the first one and is a bit looser than the rest. I've thought about taking that in but it's really OK. The DB on the other hand was genuinely too large at first, both Luigi and Gennaro thought so.

The only other difference that I have noticed is that the latest batch, fitted in Naples, has a slightly higher lapel roll. The first SB has more of a complete roll through to the middle. The later ones are more of a true 2.5 where the lapel roll ends above the waist button but below the top button.

Not really. I could probably break my closet into "like more" and "like less" categories but there is no one suit that stands out.
