Thanks guys, I really appreciate it.

Thanks, it's a vintage Bespoke from Thresher and Glenny, they where Royal warranted shirtmakers to the Queen. It's older than me!

No connection to Eric Glennie, I'm guessing?

In all seriousness, that's a great suit. It demonstrates that when a coat is made with moderate, classic stylistic proportions (shoulder-width:chest ratio, length, lapel width, gorge height, button stance, etc.), its longevity is greatly increased.

I'd put a sharper crease in those pants though.

Also I like the collar, it's unique and different from the usual!

For the record, the Brooks Bros. branch at One Liberty Plaza (directly across Church St. from Ground Zero - now a very active construction site) is still very much in business, and has been since downtown was cleared for human habitation after 09/11.

Thanks, Crust. I haven't been down to Ground Zero since Nov '01. I will try to get back down there soon to see the Freedom Tower.

@ Fred are you in Texas? I've sailed in Galveston Bay before and the bridge in the background looks very familiar. Let me know if you ever need a crew!
