And the Spike Jonze/David O. Russell groupthink. I bet he's wearing Chuck Taylors, too.

Nah probably Purcells if anything. Or a longwing or JCrew shoe.

Guy at far left: undertaker
Guy at far right: pastiche of GQ leftovers, what is that skinny tie bar all the way up to his neck?
Guy second from right: shroomin and/or is actually a puppet being controlled by the GQ guy, who is a ventriloquist -- see how he has his hand at his back to work the mechanism? I bet his eyes spin around and do tricks.
Guy second from left: actually seems normal

Stands to reason as he's the editor of GQ, sadly.

I get that he has some cultural cachet from running with Warhol, etc but still.

Pictures of him in the 70's show him to clearly be a handsome and stylish gentleman. But I haven't seen that for 20 years or so. His style advice is OK but not that inspiring. He seems to have the perspective of someone who doesn't go anywhere anymore. I think he is far behind the style curve. There is no reason why the Style Guy of a major publication can't look the part.
