Side note:
If anyone needs Officer Chinos in a 30 ill sell them for $220 plus shipping. I was sending them back to Blake later this afternoon so this is only good for the next few hours.

I frequent the RL store and the outlet, they're not that old and are in all sizes. They're just missing the "hot" items that sold out in the RL and RRL stores.

OKay, I'm done now!

Maybe other outlets are different then. Ive never seen anything besides odds and ends in the 4 outlets i frequent.

Bottom line though for me is to buy it because i think it looks good or because i can help out someone else getting it who doesnt live by an outlet or store, not because i want to be part of an exclusive club of people who know about it

Most of the outlet RRL I've seen consists of denim or the icon seasonal stuff like henleys. The items from the collections (Lighthouse, Alaska, etc.) are far less common.

why are you guys discussing their strategy? i think ralph lauren is a smart company and they know what they're doing. i'd rather see discussion about the dope stuff you guys picked up than discussion about how you can't afford any.

I was very tempted to give you a snide remark BUT I don't want to pollute this thread and make it like the rest of SF. I'm not talking about affording it, I'm talking about preserving the integrity of the brand.

It's funny it seems like there are all kinds of RRL jeans except the ones I want. (Raw and slim fit)

Looks like I might have to make my first retail RRL purchase.
