There are one or 2 others who fall into this category as well.

This attitude is exactly what brings this place down. And, you have proven my point about this thread with utmost precision.

Don't agree- this threak is for conservative business dress but that doesn't turn the original WAYWN into streetwear... or "subjectively poor fits only".

I apologize for my poor choice of words. Definitely didn't mean to demean the outfits in the other thread.

Of the spectrum of outfits that are in the other thread, O/O's leans more towards the end of conservative business dress than of casual-yet-dresswear so I can see why he posts here.

As a matter of function, I believe that suspenders are superior to belts. But belts are about 100x more conservative business dress.

A suit without either looks seriously incomplete to me.

You're referring to the look of the belt breaking up the top and bottom right?

Personally I'd prefer the form/function of side tabs but I also would mis the look of teh belt harmonizing with the shoes, etc.

I am conservative business dress-ing today. Though I think I should have gone with a colored tie.
Also, sorry I'm wearing loafers... and shirt collar is too small.
