Is it possible for a 5'5 dude to wear a size 1 julius? Or would that be too big for me still lol. My best fitting jacket is a ToJ in size 42

Julius is really wonky with sizing these days, especially between their raglan v. non-raglan sleeves. If it's a height rather than gut issue though, you should be fine. It's an asian brand.
