Interesting, thanks.

Last night I had a Oude Geuze from Brouwerij Fonteinen. A blend of 1, 2, and 3 year lambics, aged for a year in oak, then bottle fermented. Pretty interesting. The bottle fermentation really gave it a nice texture, almost champagnelike. I will say this, sour beers seem like an entirely different creature.

Had a few of these Arcadia Loch Down Scotch Ale's last night with a burger at Hop Haus. Pretty complex beer.

j/k I drank one of randallr's homebrew ambers the other night. I was all set to pick it apart and hate on it, but it was really good. I was quite surprised. Anyway, just got back from my local "beer man" and he had some KBS on the shelf.

Decent IPA but lacks the character of something like hopslam or double trouble. Cheaper though
