This guy looks like an idiot. There is a huge difference between slim pants and pants that are way too small. If this dude actually had a dick he wouldnt even be able to pull them up that high. It looks like he has an ass in the front. I wonder if he realizes he could have bought a pair that actually fits and had the legs tapered to achieve the same look from the knees down.
