Nice sneakers, sort of noticeable, but Rafs they ain't. Unless you're rocking SQ's metallic blue captoe ones the majority of Lanvins out there aren't even eye-catching.

Most of the ones I've seen just seem to clash with outfits, not complement them. I haven't seen them in person, so maybe it's just the pictures that make the shoes look like they're usually in ugly colors with shiny toe boxes?

^^ I feel pretty much the opposite. It sure looks allright, but really "bland". A plaid shirt collar peeking out, or some cooler shoes would make it better.

Seriously, that's why. The camera is already there, set up, it has a video setting, it's already pointed at a waywt location, it takes literally 30 seconds, max, to do. Your question is sort of like asking why people take WAYWTs at all. Makes no sense.

R, i have seen Lanvins in person. I do not like them. They are either boring or too much for the kind of stuff we normally see on SF (sometime way ******* too much). Better off with CP's for standard sneakerwear or something more directional. Just my opinion.

also faust is completely insufferable. probably the main thing that keeps me from posting a lot on sz.
