Those are some killer lapels...I am worried a stiff wind might make you airborne, ala The Flying Nun.

Yes. That's better.

Congrats! The way you've described your teaching philosophy in the past, I'm not surprised.

Indeed it is. Normally I like patterned 3 pc suits, but that just looks like way too much fabric. Nice suit - sell it on the B&S

I normally love your creativity, but I soundly hate this. I think it's the sweater.

I am going to risk circle-jerk/backpat acknowledgment accusations because I want a little discourse with each of you:

We seem to have channelled the same "bold shirt" memo today. Perhaps if and when the collar wears out, I may switch it to constrast collar

Thank you for the compliment and consider it returned (no ****, though the pocket square is a little strong for the ensemble). It's interesting - though not unexpected - that you draw attention to the shirt, because I'd recently changed my idea of what I want out of bold shirts and donated a number of the City tycoon Turnbull & Assers my father handed down to me, mainly due to their being dated. That is a 1960s or '70s T & A that I rarely wear despite owning it for almost 3 years; it was highly appropriate with the vintage Lobbs and the bootcut Prada trousers. I value it because the houndstooth pattern is woven together and because of its age I ramble because I think we never really touch on our similar tastes very often - we are both perversely attracted to gaudy ties; we both own suits with blue pinstripes and in houndstooth patterns; we've both lived/studied in Oxford, and so on. I'll forewarn you when I can next travel to Bicester

Medase. Have an excellent trip and say "Hello" to my parents; they worry I know you've been looking forward to it for some time. Be sure to include some lifestyle shots so I can see if I can identify any of your friends and family. Also, make certain to try the pizzas at Bella Roma

Thanks a lot guys. Been a rough year at work, and the letter informing me of this award was a HUGE pick me up, and the letter the student wrote about me, an even bigger one.

Enjoyed the Concord. Yesterday's Omega was a treat as well.
