One more question: Did the cobbler glue, nail, or stitch the half-sole on?

Those are deliberately placed grooves on the vamp rather than crease, no? I've never seen anything like that.

These seem a bit less bulbous than the currently manufactured boots. I like it.

I've had these for a couple of months, and have been wearing them 4-5 times a week. I try to stick some shoe trees in them every few days to help dry them out and keep the shape. I think I'll put some neatsfoot oil on them soon.

And the vibram half soles are glued on.

Anyone have any experience with the wide widths on these? I have a pair of red wing iron rangers in 12EE that fit and was wondering what size I should be looking at with the wolverines.

For that price I assume Revolve are still doing the 30% discount ?

Can this be confirmed before I pull the trigger.

Thanks

Thanks for posting. Great to see NOS items such as this. They styling is certainly more perfunctory than the modern revision, but it was after all a working boot.

I'd assume that is a glued, stitched and nailed sole. Not many manufacturers make them like this anymore.

It looks like one of the toes has been crushed or otherwise doesn't have the toebox.
Kind of a bummer.
