They DO work well together. The problem is, the top looks fairly western, and khaki bottoms add to that... plus the boots, then the hat is the icing. I mean, your look looks good but makes us do a double-take thanks to some anachronism whether it be intentional or not.

Just think that piece would go better with a gothninja kinda thing.

I actually sort of like that, AR. In a way it reminds me of some n(n) looks but much more subdued. I think a pair of nice cropped pants would bring that fit to a new level.

This is more what I was going for - N(n) has that kind of distinct western vibe to it but still feels almost stereotypically "Japan".
