If you're talking about the study I think you're talking about, would it actually be worth it? Like, it delays aging and the onset of various age-related illnesses, but you end up looking like this guy:

I was actually referring to animal studies, but evidence points to its utility in greater mammals as well. Can you link me to the study you're talking about?
