I'm sad.
Butler looks to have tired legs.

Storrs cheerleaders are unimpressive.

It is, but I have to respect UConn's grit, will, determination, all that. They out-Butlered Butler tonight. Great half-time adjustments by Calhoun. UConn is the better team.

Ugly or not, they'll take it. Alabama's NC win last year in football was incredibly ugly but no one remembers that. They just remember the W.

That said, this game was so incredibly ugly that it may very well be remembered for its ugliness.

Auburn.

Of course they'll take it. They were the better team.

Undefeated in 3 tournaments this year. Undefeated outside of the BEast. Truly remarkable. The best team won. Good for Kemba (who should have won the Naismith; not Fredette...).

No, I was referring to Alabama's win in 2010.

Oops, my apologies. You're right; that was a bad football game. I had forgotten it!

I really wanted Butler to win to win, but that performance was pathetic. They were 12 for 64 overall made three 2-point shots THE ENTIRE GAME!!! That is unbelievable. I liked that team but there is no way in hell they deserved to win.

Steve Lavin coached all year knowing he had prostate cancer. It was detected very early and the doctors allowed him to delay treatment until the season was over, but still....
Hoping for a speedy recovery.
