I've found only one, which I've purchased odds hats and desk supplies from whenever I happen to have some money: onthefly.com

Are there any others? Ideally, I'd like them to be "just" outside Oregon but still in the West Coast so I can avoid a certain level of governmental interference on the final purchase price and still have my stuff arrive promptly. For now, anywhere in CONUS will do. Thanks all.

Has anyone bought from here lately? I ordered a large saphir shoebrush and saphir renovateur and they "partially shipped" a shoe brush "rossharr" NOT saphir
eh.gif
, and I am still waiting on the renovateur. I tried emailing them/calling (but I always end up leaving a message, No one picks up the phone) for the past week to no avail. What's the normal wait time for them to respond to an email/phone call?

Thanks in advance

I'm in the same boat; waiting on some Saphir for a couple of weeks - my order just says "processing". I've bought a few things from them in the past without incident, but this is getting annoying.

have you tried contacting them as well?
(this type of customer service is ridiculous)

I ran into the same situation with them.

What annoyed me was they took a few days before notifying me that they were out of Renovateur and were shipping only the brush...like I want the brush that bad. Thankfully, I was able to catch it in time and cancel my order before they shipped anything.

Their communication / customer service skills are somewhat lacking.

I just ordered some Saphir items from them last week. Everything arrived promptly, except for the free cloth, which will be shipped later.

I ordered a tin of Saphir shoe polish and didn't have any problems. my guess is that they received a huge influx of customers all trying to order Saphir products (due to the free shipping offer on their site) and ran out of stock.

I too am waiting for an order of Renovateur. I think it's been about 3-4 weeks since my order. I emailed them a little about 2 weeks ago and they said it would be shipping last week or this week. I haven't had any updates initiated by them though. Makes me sad.

looks like i'll just have to play the waiting game, for a response and for the products.
A response would be comforting/reassuring, especially since they shipped me a german shoe brush as opposed to a saphir shoe brush.
