You're right. That hoody looks terrible on him. Definitely too tight. Don't care if the shoulders look normal. It looks awful when you look at the whole thing (which is what you should do). Needs to at least try on a size up and if it looks bad, that means that hoody just wasn't meant for you and to move on because there are tons of hoodies.
