I think what he means is that "casual carry" is irresponsible and insulting. When you exercise your rights by carrying within the law, you are taking on massive amounts of responsibilities. Only a fool would take carrying a firearm lightly.

Carrying concealed should never be taken casually. Next I'll specifically address Teger. I'm a multi level multi discipline firearms instructor. In simple terms that means I can teach skill sets to civilians, LE and military personnel and have done so for years. I won't elaborate any further on the subject.
