If you want a BB corporate discount, just sign up at corporateperks.com. You can sign up directly now and not go through Borders. (I did it through Borders last year, and it just gives you the corporateperks.com information to enter on the BB website.)
AFAIK, the 3/209 price should be an "everyday" price so the discount should apply.

1) is the corporate membership card a credit card or just a card that provides you the discount?
2) do these cards give the 25% discount at the same time when the BB credit card does?
what im asking is, is this card worth getting more than the BB credit card?
