Pretty sure the ups driver bodyslammed the box. 2 bottles broke. I wrapped the shot out of the bottles. Used like 3 wall street journals and still managed to break 2

I had my first beer at the new place last night - TenFidy. It tasted like a roasted version of Milk Stout. Not much head on that, almost like alcoholic coffee.

damn. so apparently nowhere in boston got KBS. I don't think MA allows online alcohol sales. There was a place that had beer tastings a week ago that had little 2oz things to sample but i was working.

It's p much all gone now right? Never had it the previous years but heard about it. If anyone in the boston area knows where i can buy a bottle or two hit me up via PM

Slight apricots and cherries with lots of yeast on the nose. Taste is of the fruits mixed with a bread pudding like quality, a little alcohol on the finish

I had Thomas Creek Up the Creek tonight. Quite good. They call it an "extreme IPA" but I'd call it an American strong ale or barleywine.

Damn. So my friend did end up getting some KBS at the store but they pretty much divied it up and either drank it on the spot or took it home. Never even reached the sales floor or saved for me

I have not been on here for a while. I came on to share my victory and I see B is bathing in KBS. How the hell did you get all that? Kind of rains on my victory but I will share anyway:

I am not on B's level but I will take it. I will be drinking it tomorrow night. I can't believe I found the stuff. I was only allowed to buy one bottle. I also picked up a 4 pack of Double Trouble which I think is the exact recipe for Hopslam. My new goldmine has already promised be some Canadian Breakfast Stout when it comes out. Winning!!
